Welcome to the website of the First Baptist Church of Mansfield. We’re thrilled that you have discovered us online. People have been praying and singing, and worshiping and serving together here at this church for over 200 years! All people are welcome to join us on this journey of faith and we are not perfect people. It is our desire to discover more about God each time we are together, and do our best to follow Jesus. Our Sunday morning worship service is held each week at 10:00 a.m. We believe in a holy trinity of God, the Father and Creator; Jesus Christ, the Son and Redeemer; and the Holy Spirit, which sustains us. Jesus Christ is our Savior and the foundation of the church. Christ died for us that we might receive the gifts of salvation and everlasting life. The Bible is our strength and our guide. Through the Bible, and with help of the Holy Spirit, the living Word of God that is Christ is made known to us.

Welcome Reverend Dennis Monroe!

We’re excited to welcome our new pastor, Dennis Monroe, to the First Baptist Church of Mansfield! A graduate of Zion Bible College, Pastor Dennis brings over 32 years of ministry experience and continues a rich family legacy as a third-generation pastor. He has a deep compassion for people and a heart for helping others understand their true nature as children of God.
